Our wild-caught salmon is certified sustainable and offers a higher nutritional content than farmed fish. It comes from Alaska, which boasts the least contaminated waters and uses the highest quality filets. Salmon is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available, with vitamins and minerals that aid in hormonal function and immunity, along with skin, bone, heart, and brain health. It’s especially high in omega-3s, which has been shown to decrease anxiety and depression while improving concentration and heart health. It’s preserved in high-quality certified organic extra virgin olive oil, which further increases the product’s already high content of antioxidants, reducing inflammation and the risk of various diseases. This delicate salmon is already cooked to perfection. It can be eaten as is or heated separately from the oil on low heat to preserve its texture. The flavorful olive oil is best drizzled raw on top of your dish and goes perfectly with salad, rice, pasta, or vegetables. One method of preparation is to place the filets on top of hot freshly cooked rice and cover it with a lid for a few minutes. The steam will lightly heat the salmon while maintaining its robust flavor and texture. You can pair this with steamed or roasted vegetables, like asparagus, spinach, or green beans.
