Quinoa can be used just like rice, stuffed into chicken or grapeleaves, or used like burghul in taboulah. Basic recipe: Wash quinoa in a strainer. Bring 4 cups of water with 2 cups of quinoa to a boil. Cover, and reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
