100% Creatine Monohydrate (200 mesh) is micronised offering excellent mixability. Our Creatine is unflavoured and can be mixed with your favourite NaughtyBoy products.
How to use:
Mix ½ scoop (3g) or 1 scoop (5g) with your preferred amount of water or juice, shake and consume before or after exercise. Consume once daily. After 8 weeks of continued use, take 1 week off then start cycle again.

Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such. Keep out of reach of children. Don’t exceed the recommended daily dosage.
